Application Procedures
We congratulate you on your decision to purchase XADO Products which will benefit your vehicle, the environment and your wallet. It will reduce friction and wear and extend the operational lifespan of your engine.
Please read and follow all information given in this user guide to get the optimum effect of treatment.
Before you get started
- If the service life of any parts are coming to an end (severely worn out or 100% damaged), replace them.
- If the used Transmission Fluid is highly contaminated change the Transmission Fluid and Filter respectively.
- Before the Treatment Procedures started, make sure that there are no oil leaks in the Transmission System prior using XADO Products.
- Take into account that the maximum oil quantity in the system should not exceed the mark of the dipstick.
- If your Transmission System is severely contaminated and wanted to conduct ‘Intensive Cleaning Process’. You must change the Transmission Fluid before flushing and change the Filter upon completion of flushing process.
- If the Transmission System accumulated with too much of sludge, contaminants or carbon deposits please change your Transmission Fluid every 5,000 km run until the Transmission Fluid looks clean during the next oil change interval.
- You must use XADO Gel – Revitalizant for Automatic Transmission System for ‘Revitalization’ Treatment Process.
Method of Application: –
- Add Metal conditioner into oil filler neck of Automatic Transmission System or (Power Steering Tank) upon oil change.
- Run the car as usual.
- For better results, use JET 100 Metal Conditioner with Revitalizant for Automatic Transmission & Power Steering System for every oil change interval.
